PRISONERS AND GUNS. Received April 17, 5.5 p.m. April 10. Sir Douglas Haig reports that 14,000 prisoners and 194 guns have been captured since the morning of the 9th. Heavy rain has been falling all afternoon, and there is nothing of special interest to report,
