ARRIVALS. Kowhai, s.s., 792 tons, Captain Vellcnoweth, at C a.m., from Westport via Onehunga. Karu, s.s., 267 tons, Captain Chadwick, at 9.15 a.m., from Westport, via Nelson. Corinna, s.s., 1271 tons, Captain Elders, at 4.30 p.m., from southern ports.
THE KOWHAI. At about- 6 a.m. the Kowhai arrived from Westport, via Onehunga, where she discharged 400 tons of coal. The Teasel commenced discharging 434 tons of coal here, and will leave this morning for Greymouth,
■■-•. . ' THE, KARU." The Karu arrived yesterday morning from Greymouth with a cargo of 3UO tons of coal, which was shipped over a week ago, the vessel having to put into Nelson for boiler repairs. A commencement was made with the unloading of the coal, but as the men had to be withdrawn to unload the Corinna, it will probably be Saturday before the- vessel will leave probably for Wellington.
THE CORINNA. The Corinna arrived at about 4,30 p.m. yesterday from Nelson, Wellington and the southern ports, with 215 tons of general cargo. She will nail at 2 p.m. today for Wellington'and Dunedin, leaving the latter port on Monday on her trip north. She is due here on Saturday.
THE KARAWA. . The Rarawa, which was unable to leave here on her usual trip to Onehunga on Wednesday evening, owing to shortage of coal iii Auckland, took in 40 tons from the Karu and 50 tons from the Kowhai yesterday. She will go north tonight in accordance with her usual timetable.
AURORA SOLD. Au.»tralian-N.Z. Cable Association. Sydney, April 12. Sir Ernest Shackleton's Aurora hag been sold oversea buyer to be used as a cargo carrier.
