SHORTAGE OF FUEL.
AWKWARD DILEMMA, By Telegraph .—■Press Association. * Hamilton, Last .Night. At a meeting of the Waikato Hospitatl and Charitable Aid Board to-day the en- i gineer reported a serious shortage of,' coal supplies, and that the whole power plant was in danger of being stopped on! account of such shortage. Fifteen tons! of coal per week was necessary during the winter.
The board resolved to communicate with the Minister in the matter, and that, in tho moantime, labor be put of to secure firewood.
