THE WOOL CLIP.

HOW WILL the money be spent? It is estimated that the value of the wool clip for the present season will exceed £14,000,000, or an average of about £l4 for every man, woman and child in the Dominion. When the value of butter, cheese and mutton is added, the total amounts to an enormous sum. High prices, more than increased production, account for a great deal of enhanced value of our primary products, and the prosperity of the farmers is reflected in the present prosperous condition of almost every other industry.

Practically every business firm in 2few Zealand experienced a highly profitable yeai in 191G, and the outlook for this year is brighter than ever. This refers especially to firms dealing direct with farmers, who are talcing advantage of the present prosperity to make many long-promised improvements to their homes and holdings. Last year more than 1000 farmers and country residents and storekeepers in New Zealand added to the comfort of their homes by doing away with kerosene lamps and acetylene gas, and having "Wizard" Lighting Systems installed in their stead. The "Wizard" h by far the most safe, economical and reliable light procurable. It puts country residents on an equal footing with city dwellers, the light produced being superior even to Electric Light and Coal Gas, while the running cost is much lower than either. Th» cost of "Wizard" Lighting Systems is very low, complete plants being supplied from £ls up, and the saving effected compared with Kerosene Lamps or Acetylene will pay for the plant in a short time.

That "Wizard" Lighting Systems givo satisfaction i 3 proved by the fact that the New Zealand agents, Messrs Early Bros., 59 Cuba street, Wellington, receive most of their orders through the. mail from people who are recommended to purchase by satisfied users; this is the reason that the firm can install the plants at sucli a low cost. A staflf of competent fitters is constantly employed, and the firm is prepared to give a written guarantee of five years with each plant; no other firm can afford to give such a guarantee. Country residents should send ft note to Early Bros., sfl Cuba street, Wellington, for f"ll particular" ''Hi?
