A NEW TRIAL ORDERED. By Telegraph.—'Press Association. Hamilton, Last Night. The trial of Tahu Hirawano, who was charged with committing perjury by swearing that during the arrest of Rua, when a native named Pukepuke picked up a gun Constable Skinner was not there, but had gone up the Risborne track, was concluded this afternoon. The jury, after being out of court the full time, disagreed, and a new trial was ordered. other cases were adjourned
