| , * ACCUSED PRONOUNCED INSANE. By Telegraph.—-Press 'Association. Napier, Last Night, 'Patrick Keilly, aged 82, was declared no. guilty by the Supreme Court jury on a charge ot murdering George Dodd, in Waipnwa last December, on the giound of impulsive insanity. Mr. Justice Edwards committed him to the Napier gaol pending the pleasure of the Minister for Justice.
