The Press Bureau representatives in the United Kingdom, Dominions, and India attended the first meeting of the Imperial War Cabinet. Tlie Secretary of State for the Colonies was present as a member of tlie Imperial War Camnet, and spoke on behalf of the Crown Colonies. TRADE CREDIT BANKS. TO DEVELOP TRADE ABROAD. A. & N.Z, Cable Association and Reutei. Received March 21, 5.15 p.m. London, March. 20. Sir Albert. Stanley (President of tlie Board of Trade) has snnounced that, the Government is establishing n Brtish Trade Corporation, the principal object of which ia the creation of a trade credit bank, to be connected with the existing baiiks, for the purpose of developing trade abroad.
