CROQUET.

THE NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. A most successful tournament in aitl of Rod Cross funds, was held on the Now Plymouth lawns on Saturday last. Mrs Curtis kindly donated the prizes. A fewvisitors were present, and they all contributed to the fund. Players had three turns each of 20 minutes. Detailed scores:—

Mesdames Johns and Klierlet and M!<; Raw-son were unable to complete their turns. The Stratford Croquet Club paid a visit to Hawera and played a match with the Park Club on Friday last.
