He is the first, constitutional President since 1911; TORNADO AT INDIANA. Reuter Service. New York, March 12. A score were killed and 150 injured during a tornado at Newcastle, Indiana. The damage reached £250,000. DISASTROUS FIRE. Received March 13, 10.10 p.m. Sydney, March 13. Fire destroyed fifteen business premises at Narrabean. The damage is estimated at £40,000. SIR ERNEST SHACKLETON. Sydney, March 13. Sir Ernest Shackiotoii was accorded a civic reception at the Town Hall. He lectures to-morrow night in aid of Captain Mcintosh's widow.
