The establishment of an extensive shipbuilding industry in Canada for the British Government is announced. The Imperial Munition Board has let eontracts totalling five million storting, which include sleel ships of substantial -tonnage. Ships being built for Norwegian interests will be taken. DOMESTIC WAR LOAK. Ottawa, March 12. It is announced that a domestic war loan of 150 million dollars will he raised by means of 5 per cent, bowls with a currency of 20 years.
