ACCIDENTS.
A CYCLIST IXtfUHED. A Maori, named Cherry Tito, ageil about 17, mot with a painful accident on Saturday evening as the result of a collision witli a motor-car, whilst lie was cycling down the Maugaone Hill towards town. He sustained Revere cuts on the face and leg, and also a frac- 1 tuml limb. lie was removed to the hospital, where ho is doing satisfactorily. FALL FROM A HOUSE. A liftla girl, named Dick, daughter of Mrs Dick, of Ijcpperton, met with a very serious accident at Lepperton, as the resuit of a fall from a horse, sustaining ft compound dislocation of the right cl* bow. She was removed to the ho9pid*r, 1 . whore she received surgical treatment, but her condition became worst, and it was found necessary to amputate the arm. T>,
