SHIPPING ORGANISATION. Received Feb. 2s, 12.10 a.m. Sydney, February 27. The Commqnwealth Shipping Board has concluded its sittings. It is understood that it has confirmed the resolutions passed at the recent conference in Melbourne regarding the more effective use of shipping during the war. .Che recommendations include the utilisation of the coal at the various ports to the best advantage; the introduction »1 organisation so as to enable ships to obtain full cargoes at one port, thereby saving tonnage.
