GETTING IN EARLY. GERMANS TOUTING FOR SHIPPING TRADE. SUBMARINES WILL END WAR. •Received Feb. 27, 10.30 p.m. Copenhagen, February 27. Several large Danish linns have been surprised to receive letters from German shipping companies announcing preparations to take cargoes to America and requesting orders therefor. The Danes asked for explanations, and the Germans replied that they expected an earlv termination of the war as the result of the submarines, and were accordingly preparing a large fleet for the" Atlantic trade.
