FURTHER PRECAUTIONS. Renter Service. Received Feb. 22, 1.45 p.m. London, Feb. 21. An Order-in-Council lias fieen gazetted enacting, in view of German submarining, that unless vessels bound to and from neutral countries adjacent to Germany call at British or Allied ports in order to be searched, they shall, until the contrary is established, be deemed to he carrying enemy goods, and will be liable to capture and condemnation; but ships calling at British or Allied ports i for examination shall not be presumed to be carrying enemy goods and not be condemned merely because they arc wuacgum IMUT gaod»
