CORRUPTION IN AUSTRIA.
FOOD MISHANDLED. Times Service. Received Feb. 22, 5.5 p.m. Zurich, Feb. 21. A message from Vienna states that the Emperor is angry at the discovery of corruption at headquarters. Food apparently bought did not reach the tr'oops, some of whom were .without food for thirty hours. Sensational reform is promised, following the appointment of Marshal Sziusmay as War Minister.
