The final in the Rolorua bowling tournament was played on S.'(nrday fa perfect weather. The contesting teams were:—Tauranga: Bull, f/iarp, Rowe, Crowley Auckland: Turner, Russell, Coltman, Parker. The former held an unbeaten record; the former had onn loss registered against it. Play .was'even to the fourth head, the scores being Taurai.ga 5, Auckland 4. Auckland then got the jack through into the back ]/» and added (1; 10— S. Tauranga, by steady play, overhauled their opponents at the tenth head, the score being 11 «IL At the seventh head Auckland was two behind. Tauranga then commenced to pile up the points, and at the twentieth head the score reached 25—10 Tauranga thereby winning. The following will play for West End jn the Banner Match against Inglewood at Inglewood on Thursday 22nd, players leaving by the 12.50 train:—
