Received ■ Feb. 21, 12.45 a.m. London, Jan. 20. field-Marshal Sir Douglas Haig reports: A successful raid south of Souchez destroyed several occupied dugouts. FRENCH SUFFER A REVERSE. 'London, Fob. 19. A correspondent a.t French headquarters says the Germans, attacking west of Morston-de-Champagne, carried the line on a front of over two miles. This represents a gain of 800 yards. The attack was preceded by a fierce bombardment and barrage, which cut off the French front line. The success is not disquieting, as the French can retake the position at will. SUBURBS OF BOULOC4NE BOMBED. London, Feb. 19. A French communique says that a Zeppelin on the night of the 17th flew over the French coast from the Straits of Dover to the suburbs of Boulogne and threw several bombs without result.
