EXHORTATION TO THE ARMY. TO WAIT TILL CLOUDS ROLL BY. Received Feb. 21, 12.45 a.m. Athens. Feb. 20. A curious proclamation to the banished army has been issued by the War Minister It exhorts the' men to remain patient and enduring until the days of sorrow pass and sunshine returns. It appeals to the army to keep their eyes confidently turned to the King and Government, adding that the bettor they endure their privations the better their duty will be performed. The proclamation indirectly exhorts the people generally to follow the army's example.
