HEAVY COUNTER ATTACKS. BRITISH LINE FORCED BACK. Received Feb. 20, 8 p.m. London, Feb. 19. Mesopotamia official: We occupied two front lines, 350 and 320 yards respectV>ly. at Sannaiyat. There were two heavy counter attacks.. The first we repulsed. The other was partially successful, forcing back our right to the original line, the left being withdrawn at dusk. We further progressed westward of the Shumran Bend.
