ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.
KILLED AT A QUARRY. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Pnhiatua, Feb. 10. John Miller McNarry Duncan, aged 41. was killed by a big fall of metal in a quarry, where he was working, at Raknuniii. Shocking injuries resulted. Another man, William Cutler, had a narrow escape. The pit had been frequently inspected and no danger was apparent. The deceased leaves a wife and several children at Malum.
