A PEREMPTORY DEMAND. FOR RELEASE OF YARROWDALE SAILORS. BREAK WITH AUSTRIA IMMINENT. Received Feb. 17, 1.10 a.m. Washington, February 25. The United States' formal protest regarding the detention of the Yarrowdale's sailors will go forward to Berlin to-morrow, through the Spanish Tmbassy. It will take the form of a peremptory demand.
