ARTILLERY AND AVIATION WORK. Received lfi, 5.5 p.m. London, February 15. A French communique states:—ln the district between the .Meuse and the Aisne we entered the second German iine and inflicted considerable losses on the enemy. There has been violent artillerying at La Tom-be. Admiralty aeroplanes ou Ferbruary 14 dropped a considerable number of bombs on the harbor and shipping at Bruges, with successful results. One machine has not returned.
