POLICE METHODS AT FAULT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Fielding, Last Night. A number of cases of alleged breaches of the anti-shouting regulations wort lir-unl to-day before Mr. Kenriek. S.M. The first ease was again* l Arthur Room, licensee of the Munch- Hotel. The I Magistrate dismissed II ' 'urination on (he ground that the. persons shouting In in! consuming had not had their names ■r-vcaled by the police. Two strange esn--1 ables had visited the hotels and had made observations, without calling foi the names of those drinking. The police withdrew thirteen other charges on account of this ruling. In another ease two men and the bftrnian were fined £5 each.
