After the Cabinet bad discussed the formation of a coalition with the Liberals, Ministers expressed their readiness to resign and permit Mr. Hughes to form a new Cabinet, which, it was suggested, should consist of an equal number of Liberals and Ministerialists. f.TARAXTEED MINIMUM FOR WHEAT. Sydney, Feb. 3., Tn order to encourage the growing of foodstuffs, the Government has <hcided to guarantee farmers a minimum of 3s a .bushel for the 1917-18 wheat harvest. ■
