GRANTED REGISTRATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Jan. 2!). The Agricultural and, Pastoral AVo;leers' Union has been granted registration under the Trade Union Act. The rules provide for the* inclusion in membership of all classes of workers engaped in agricultural and pastoral pursuits.; It will be remembered that this was one of the points for refusing tin'' union registration under the Arbitration Act.

An important provision is that the union may become part of the Australian Workers' Union, a principle endorsed by the Shearers' Union, from which tho new union sprang.
