WELLINGTON DISTRICT MEETING. The Wellington district rifle meeting at Wanganui concluded on Tuesday. The following were local successes: Match No. 10, 25 yards, grouping*, lying; rounds; (b) slow, lying, five rounds.—L. B. Pellew, 90th Company Senior Cadets, 33, 7s Cd. Match No. 10, Senior Cadets. —Cadet 11. Bellringer, 90th Company, 29, ss; Cmlet W. Bennett. 90th Company, 27, 2s fld.
Match No. 11, 200 yards: (a) Slow target, second-class figure,' seven nunds: (b) snap-shooting, target scc-onl-class figure, five rounds. —Cadet E. Buv Hon, 24th Company, 40, 10s; Cadet A Thevkleson, 91st Company, 37, ss; Cadet R. B. Bielby, 90th Company, 34, 2s fld.
Extra match, 300 yards, for allcomers, ten rounds.—Sergt. H. Lucena, ij th Regiment, -33. 10s; Lieut. C. D Arnold, 90th Company Senior Cadets, 3i, 7s Gd.
