The details of the scheme have not been revealed and possibly have not yet taken definite form. TliL applies particularly to the. farming in dustry. The Government is not at all likely to offer any general exemption from military service to farmers and farm workers. But it may make 1 arrangements for the supply of laboy for the farms in some othei directions.
