Besides the main features eaolcd on Friday, the details show thai interest is payable on the 5 per cent.; tonn ou June 1 and December 1. The instalments of the loan are to he payable as follows: Five per cent, on application; 15 per cent, on Mar.di i and March 23 respectively; 2(1 per cent on April IS, May (I, and May 3'J respectively. 9 Interest' on the 4 per cuit. loan, whereon the income-tax is compounded, is payable on April 15 and Octohci 15. The in-talmcnts on this loan pre as follow: Five per cent, '-n application; 15 per cent, on March 0; 20 per cent, on March 23, April IS, and May -I and 30 respectively. The purchasers have the choice of stock or bonds. Applications n.ust be in multiples of £SO, made through the Bank of England, or'throus'li any hanker or stockbroker in the United Kingdom.
