SEDITION CHARGES. By Telegraph .—Press Association. Wellington, Jan. 12. In the Magistrate's Court, Kerin Byrne, who gaee an anti-eonaeription address in a public place after having been refused permission to do so, was fined £lO or twt months' imprisonment. William Parker, charged with having made seditious utterances, was remanded until to-morrow. Bail was refused.
