GERMAN CAMPAIGN UNABATED. INDIGNATION AROUSED, London, Jan. 9. The Gorman campaign in Spain continues unabated. It is considered in well in formed quarters that it may even lead to the Government's resignation. Pro-Germans not only excuse the submarim campaign against Spanish mercbantmen on the grounds that they are trading in contraband with the Entente, hut assert that Senior Ronranones openly sided with the Entente. They impudently denounce Spain for refusing to join the peace campaign. It is believed the German Ambassador jnspires the proGerman newspapers. It is significant 'that he recently declared that the San Leeandro which was sunk a few days ago, would not have been torpedoed 'if the captain had solicited a safe conduct from him. This haughty •pronouncement has aroused indignation.
