Official Labor circles advocate Mr. Andrew Fisher being present on behalf of Australia at the Imperial Conference. As the result of a conference of cheese, producers, the Minister of Agriculture has sent a cable to the Agent-General instructing him to protest against the reported intention of the imperial authorities to pay a farthing per pound less for Australian than for New Zealand cheese. j PRICE OF BRAN AND POLLARD.
