EVERYBODY'S.
"THE BARTERED BRIDE." There is a distinctly well-chosen programme to be screened at Everybody's to-nignt and. to-morrow, when tlie principal attraction will be a production from the Triangle Kay Bee studios, "The Bartered Bride," described as a great society drama. H. B. Warner, who was such a success in "The Raiders," will be the star in this picture. It is a drama dealing with an urgent social problem of the day—the marriage based on desire for social advancement and not for love. A domestic tragedy is averted by a young minister, who from his pulpit launches a scathing denunciation of the code which would allow a young and beautiful girl to enter into a loveless marriage with a reprobate (a count), who happens to be of high social rank. The count seeks revenge upon the minister, and finally, sorrow-stricken at what lie lias done, the count flees the country. The items supporting this star are Official War Films, Gnumont Graphic, and a cartoon of Charlie as an up-to-date Thriller.
