TN order to give effect to the intended Requisitioning of all Sheepskins (other than those derived from sheep slaughtered at Meat Export Slaughterhouses) and the scouring of low-grade wools, purchased on behalf of the Imperial Government, it is desired that, all persons now operating Fellmongering and Wool-scouring \Vorks who are desirous of fellmong ering skins and scouring wool lor the Government make application for the registration of their premises on or before 15th January, 1917. The application must be accompanied by a statement showing the following particulars:— (1) The location of the premises, and the name of the owner or owners. (2) Whether the person or persons at present operating the works are the actual owners or the lessees. (3) Tlie capacity of the works and the nature of the plant. (4) The date on which all privatelyowned wool, skins, and pelt will be completely removed from the premises, and their immediate surroundings. A fee of £i 5s must be enclosed with the application. If the premises are approved and registered, this fee will be retained as the registration fee.
