SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING RAISING Or LOWER PITONE ROAD SPECIAL LOAN OF £IOOO. pursuance ami exercise of the powers vested in it by section 10, "Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913," und with the consent of the Ratepayers of the Lower Pitone Road Special Rating Area, in the County of Taranaki, hereii.pfter described, testified by a petition •signed by not less than three-fourths of Mm ratepayers of the said special rating area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said rating area is collectively greater than the capital values of the properties of the ratepayers who do not consent, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Specia' Order that for the purpose of forming and metalling the Lower Pitone Road the Taranaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a Special Loan of £IOOO at 4 1 ,/. per cent, per annum for a period of thirty-six and a half years, and declares that the cost of raising the said Loan and the first year's interest of the Loan shall be payable out of the moneys so raised. The Special Rating Area over which the rate is to be charged as security for the ,onn is iPart sections 0, 14, 21, 15, 19, section S of 34, 0 of 8, 7 of 34, Pt. 20, 4, 5 of S and 27, 4, 5 of part 20, 1, 2 of 4, and 11., Block 2, Cape Survey District. The foregoing resolution was duly passed at a special meeting of the Council held on the fourth day of December, 1910, and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Robe Street, New Plymouth, at 11 a.m. on the Sth of January, 1917.
