A man giving the name of Patrick Lawson jumped from the WanganuiPalmerston North train at i'eilding this morning, falling heavily 011 his head and being seriously injured. He died in the hospital 'here to-night. The police information is that deceased, whom they think was a seafaring man, travelled through from Auckland on Monday night and hroko the journey at Mavton, boarding the Wanganui train this morn-1 ing. < i
