MILITARY SERVICE BOARD. POLICEMEN EXEMPTED. ' Wellington, Jan. 3 At the Military Service Board it was mentioned that 3000 men in- the railway service had been released for military duties. The Comptroller of Cirloins said that in 1015 there were f>S officers in the Department, and only 21 were now in the first division.
