HUGE SOUTH AFRICAN LAND DEAL. Awtralian-N.Z. Cable Association. Received Dee. 20, 12.40 a.m. Johannesburg, Dec. 2S. Solly Joel has bought out the West Rand interests of Joseph Robinson. The price includes two million in cash. It is tho biggest deal in South Africa since Cecil Rhodes consolidated the ICiniher.ley diamond interests. It is believed that Joel represents the Barnato Syndicate. The purchase includes the Randfontein Estates, the Randfonccin Central, and the Landlnagte Estates, and will 'have a great effect on the future of West Rand properties.
