BULGARIA* LOOTERS. Rome, Dee. 27. Teuton Bulgars looted the Royal Palace and museums at Bucharest. ENEMY COMMUNIQUES. London, Dec. 27. A German communique states: We have captured 0.100 Russians in the last few days in the Great Wallaehian Mountains south of Rumineuliarat. A Bulgarian communique says that enemy monitors bombarded Tuloea. Retreating Russians destroyed the TransDanube bridges at Isaccsa. , Fighting is proceeding for the possession of the bridgehead at Macin.
