"BEAUTY AND THE BEAST."
STRATFORD RACE £IGHT. The pantomime, "Beauty and tlio Beast," is to be staged at the Stratford Town Hall on Monday. January 1. The principals are all word-perfect, and the choruses have been strengthened, whilst new songs and sketches have been introduced. This entertainment should prove a fitting wind-up to the first day's races. The proceeds are to go to' the Lady Liverpool Fund to provide :omforts for oui soldiers at the front. Reserve seats may be booked at Fox's Music Depot, Broadway, from Friday Particulars of the pahtomime are advertised on page 1.
