Cable Association, ' Received Dee. 22, (1.15 p.m. London, Dec, 21. flic Duke of Norfolk, president of tin Belgian Relief Committee, tendered a luncheon to Mr. Massey, He expressed ■warm appreciation of New Zealand's great generosity. Mr. Masscy, replying, said that New Zealand's contribution* evidenced the gratitude felt for the stand the gallant Belgians had made against German aggression in the early stages of the war.
