Mr -Holman, in reply to the Journalists' Institute, points out that the constitution of the International Press Congress provides for a meeting every three years. If not held in Australia in 1!)1S it would be held somewhere else in that year. The result would be that Australia would lie unlikely to secure u: similar meeting for many' years. In view of the immense advantage accruing from the meeting he could not see that any conditions had yet. arisen to justify the New South Wales Government repudiating the invitation to the conference to meet in Sydney.
