STEEL AND IRON FOR BRITAIN. Melbourne, Dec. 11. The Government lias offered Britain half the Australian output of steel and iron for munitions. CASUALTIES Sydney, Dee. 11. Lamcrton, (Private 0. T. Ollivcr. GREEK CONSUL 'RESIGNS. Perth, Dec. 12. The Greek Consul has resigned in consequence of recent Happenings in Europe.
