MINERS RESUME /\ustralian-N.Z. Cable Association. Sydney, December 4. The majority of miners resumed today.

Even When all are going, it is improbable that commercial demands will lie filled till towards the middle of January, owing to the big demands of the Commonwealth ships and other essential purposes, the stocks for which have been greatly depleted.
