It has been announced by the Navy Department that the (government urgently need; so many thousand tons of coal that it will be fully the middle of January before sufficient coal is available to enable industry to revert to normal conditions.
MINKS READY ?0 BESUME. Received Dec. 3, 5.5 p.m. Sydney, Dep. 3. Tile mines are now in readiness for the general resumption of work tomorrow.
