RECONSTRUCTION OF REUTER'S AGENCY. Rcuter Service. Receive! Dec. 1, 5,5 p.m. London, Nov. 30. A meeting of shareholders of Rcutcr'a Telegraph Company unanimously ratified an agreement whereby the Hon. Mark Napier, Lords Greeneomior and Peel, and Sir L. S. Jameson purchased the property and assets of the company for £050,000. Mr. Williams, a director, who presided, emphasised that the names of the purchasers stood for all that was honorable and straightforward in British traditions. Their chief objective was to assure Reuter's remaining an Imperial; ir.dependent, and impartial agency, unconnected with any financial undertaking.
