AGREEMENT WITH GERMANY Copenhagen, Xov. 30. The Dageni JJylieder states that the German-Norwegian agreement may be considered ettled. Norway agrees to alter her submarine restrictions in conformity with the Swedish regulations and promises to increase her food export to Germany.
