Sturmer of co-i»eratiug with a pro-German clique at lu„ Russian Court in negotiating for a «>oarate peace, and with disorganising the railawys and munitions and food supplies for the purpose of .tampering the army.

Amid frenziel cheers General Shuvaiev shook hands with Professor Miliukov. The Ne>.» Statesman declares that thf, chiefs of th< Russian field army, Generals Ale.vieff, Russkv, Brussilof, and Evert, 'demanded M Sturmer's dismissal, supporting the Duma.
JSAILWAY BUILDER HONORED. Petrograd, Nov. 27. Sir W. G. Buchanan, British Ambassador, has handed M. Tropoff the Grand Cross of the Order of St. Michael and "St. George in recognition of the rapid of the Mnrman railway.
