VISIT TO BELFAST. / Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. s London, Nov. 24/ . Massey visited Belfast shipyards. The Lord Mayor, at a luncheon, propos* ed the health of Mr. Massey and told liita that the proportion of New Zealandera fighting equalled Ulster's quota. Mr. Massey said he believed the Dominion would be able to send 100,00(1 men and that would bo a fair proportion. He had a cordial reception, and afterwards visited linen mills and «! wounded New Zealanders' ward at a hog; pita!. He has gone to Dublin to fulfil engagements. Received Nov. 26, 5.5 p.m. London, Nov. 23. Mr. Massey arrived at Limavady (near Londonderry), where he a great welcome, the railway line being studded with fog signals.
