ENGAGEMENT WITH MOHMANDS. An Indian official report states: We engaged a Mohmand force, estimated at six thousand, on the border, opposite Siiubkadr, on the 16th. The enemy lost a hundred killed and wounded. (The Mohmands are a powerful tribe on the north-west frontier of India, )n the vicinity of Peshawar.)
