WILFUL MISREPRESENTATIONS. HOLLWEG'S REPLY TO LORD GREY. Amsterdam, Nov. 10. Hon- von Bolhmann-Holhvcg, replying to \iscount Grey's speodi at the Foreign Press banquet on October 23, said Russia's mobilisation began the war. Viscount Grey's statement was based on the fact that the editor of the Lokal Anzcigcr. on July 30, 1014. falsely announced a German mobilisation. The Government immediately stopped the sale of the paper and denied the report. He detailed whr.t he described as Germany's enemies' annexation proposals, alleging Russian designs on Constantinople, with Great Britain and France guaranteed, and French designs on Alsace and Lorraine. The 7-rorning Post's Budapest correspondent says the Hungariar National Committee entrusted with die care oi graves of soldiers reports thnt its re searches in the Northern Carpathians resulted in the discovery of 200.000 graves of Austrn-Hungarian mid German soldiers. The figures prove that over 250.000 were killed in the Carpathians in the winter of 1014-15, largely Hungarians. The news has cViused the greatest depression. The report says the Carpathians is a vast cemetery from Orsova to Uzsek Pass. Seven thousand men are employed in identifying the graves. Zurich, Nov. 11, Socialist lenders headed a procession of 80,000 in the streets of Piesden and marched to the Ministry of the Interior, where a deputation demanded food, also an immediate pence, and desired the Government of Saxony to make representations to Berlin.
